Manage installed apps

Genstore apps provide various features to enhance your store. You can manage them easily from your dashboard, including opening apps, pinning them for quick access, and reviewing privacy policies.

Launch an app in Genstore

You can access installed apps from the Apps page in your Genstore admin dashboard.

Steps

1. Log in to your Genstore admin dashboard and go to Apps.
2. Find the app you want to open and click its name.
3. On the app page, click Launch app at the top.

Pin an app to the Genstore dashboard

Pinning an app to the navigation menu makes it easier to access frequently used apps.

Steps

1. Log in to your Genstore admin dashboard and open the app details page.
2. Click the pin icon in the top-right corner to add the app to your navigation menu.
3. To unpin the app, click the pin icon in the navigation menu to remove it.

View an app’s privacy policy

You can check an app’s permissions and privacy policy from the About page.

Steps

1. Log in to your Genstore admin dashboard and go to Apps.
2. Click the app’s name from the list and click View details.
3. In the app details page, scroll to the Permission details section.
4. Click View privacy policy to see details about the app’s permissions and data usage.
