Customers over time
The Customers over time report shows how many customers made purchases during specific dates or months. Track who orders products, services, courses, or subscriptions on your website.
Use the Group By dropdown to select a time unit (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly) and control how data is aggregated.
Use this report to
- Transaction customer growth trend analysis: Identify increases or decreases in the number of transacting customers over time to evaluate marketing effectiveness and customer retention.
- Multi-dimensional customer analysis: Analyze changes in customer count across dimensions like market, region, channel, and payment method to uncover growth drivers and opportunities.
