Add a custom domain name

In addition to the default .genmystore.com URL, you can add up to 20 domain names or subdomains to your Genstore store. When you add a domain to Genstore, the system will automatically create a new TLS certificate for free.

Adding a custom domain name helps strengthen your brand image and build customer trust in your online store. You can add a domain to Genstore in the following ways:

• Connect your domain to Genstore: If you already have a domain from a third-party provider, you can connect it to your online store. You’ll still manage your domain settings, pay for the domain, and handle renewals through the third-party provider.
