To improve shipping efficiency, Genstore partners with Shippo to provide a seamless way to purchase shipping labels. By authorizing your Shippo account, you can buy shipping labels directly from your Genstore admin panel. This guide will walk you through the process of authorizing your Shippo account on the Genstore platform.

Step 1: Authorize your Shippo account

1. Log in to your Genstore admin panel.
2. In the left-hand navigation menu, go to Settings -> Shipping and delivery -> Carrier management.
3. On the page, find and select Shippo as your shipping service provider.
4. Click Add account to start the authorization process.

Step 2: Sign up or log in to Shippo

1. If you already have a Shippo account, log in with your existing credentials to complete the authorization. The system will return you to the Genstore shipping settings page and display an Authorization successful message.
