Track customer interactions

The Activity tab in Genstore Loyalty enables real-time monitoring of all user activities related to points, VIP status, and referrals. This guide helps you effectively use this page to manage customer activities and optimize your customer relationship management strategy.

Points management

The Points tab displays all point-related activity records:

  • User info: Shows user's email.
  • Point action: Records points earned, used, or revoked.
  • Point change: Shows increase or decrease in points.
  • Activity notes: Provides detailed explanation for point changes.
  • Time: Records exact time of point changes.

VIP

The VIP tab shows all VIP level change activities:

  • User Info: Shows user email.
  • Level Change: Records VIP level upgrades or downgrades
  • Related Notes: Specific details about level changes
  • Time: Date when a level change occurred

Referrals

The Referrals tab displays all referral marketing activities and related level changes:

  • User Info: Includes user email
  • Activity Details: Shows all key information related to referral activities
  • Related Notes: Provides detailed description of referral activities
  • Time: Records exact time of activities

Export activities

To export activity records, go to the Points, VIP, or Referral activity page and click Download. You can export records based on the current filters or all activity records.

Note: Large data exports may take time. You can close the page and continue other tasks, then check the Export history section later to view or download the exported files.

Additional information

If a customer is deleted or merged, their related Points, VIP, or Referral activity records will no longer be visible or searchable on the Loyalty Activity page.
