Initial setup

In the Genstore admin panel, click Customers -> Loyalty, and then you can quickly complete the initial setup following the guide:

  1. Design your launcher, such as image + text.
  2. Design your theme, choose preset colors, or customize theme colors.
  3. Set up your rewards, for example, 5% points back per order - if customers spend $100, they'll receive 500 points redeemable for a $5 discount coupon.
  4. Click Enable now to embed the Loyalty app in your store.
  5. The system will then open your Genstore store, where you can determine whether to enable the application through the toggle button, and click Save.
