Email marketing pricing plan
You can send up to 10,000 emails every 30 days for free, including automated marketing emails, promotional emails, and test emails. Once you exceed this free allowance, you'll be charged based on the number of emails you send.
Pricing plan overview
- Free allowance: Every 30 days, you get 10,000 free emails. This benefit is available with all Genstore plans, so no matter which plan you choose, you’ll enjoy this perk.
- What you can send: The 10,000 free emails can be used for any type of marketing email—like holiday promotions, new product announcements, or even automated emails. You’ll also have access to all of Genstore’s email marketing features.
- Unused emails: Any unused portion of your 10,000 email allowance will not carry over to the next cycle.
Charges after exceeding the free allowance
- Pay-Per-Email: Once you exceed the 10,000 free emails, you’ll be charged for the additional emails you send.
- Pricing details: You'll pay $0.8 for every additional 1,000 emails sent (that’s about $0.0008 per email).

For example, if you send 65 email campaigns in July, each with 5,000 subscribers, that’s a total of 325,000 emails. Here’s how the costs break down:
- The first 10,000 emails are free.
- The next 300,000 emails are charged at $0.8 per 1,000 emails, totaling $240.
- The remaining 15,000 emails (above 300,000) are charged at $0.55 per 1,000 emails, totaling $8.25.
So, the total cost for sending 325,000 emails would be $248.25.
