The Genstore merchant dashboard is the core tool for managing your store. Here's how to use the main features of the dashboard.
Function overview
The dashboard is designed with an AI-native concept, transmitting the high-frequency data, products, orders, marketing, and customer service capabilities used by merchants during the store experience in the form of AI Agents.
AI agents
Natural language dialogue
- Send text: Directly enter Chinese, English, and other languages in the dialog box to talk with AI;
- Send voice: Click the "Voice" button in the dialog box, raise the microphone, start voice input, and automatically convert voice to text to talk with AI after clicking the end;
- Send files: Upload images, PDFs, and other files in the dialog box, and enter requirements to initiate AI dialogue;
Dialogue with agent
- Initiate actively: Initiate a dialogue by mentioning a specific Agent in the dialog box, and the dialogue will be replied to by the designated Agent;
- Passively assigned after intent recognition: Directly enter content in the dialog box, send it, and Genstore will recognize the intent of the sent dialogue and assign it to the corresponding Agent for a reply;
- Start flow: Merchants can use the common functions above the dialog box to directly initiate the system's predefined flow;

History
- View: Support querying dialogue content by time, Agent, keyword;
- Reference: Under a single topic, select multiple dialogue records and reference them in the dialog box to continue the dialogue with AI using historical dialogue as reference content;
