Sales channels

Genstore offers multiple channels to help you expand your reach:

• Google sales channel (built-in): Sync your products to Google Merchant Center to optimize ad performance and increase visibility in search results.
• Facebook sales channel (built-in): Sync products to Facebook and Instagram Shops and use AI-powered ads to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Genstore Market (requires installation): Connect your Genstore store to marketplaces like Amazon to manage products and orders across multiple platforms in one place.
• Genstore Inbox (built-in): Communicate with customers in real time, send promotional messages and product recommendations, and improve customer service.

Manage sales channels

• For Google, Facebook, and Inbox (built-in channels):
  1. Log in to your Genstore merchant admin and go to Sales channels in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Select the desired channel to access the setup page.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your account and sync products.
• For Genstore Market (requires installation):
  1. Log in to your Genstore merchant admin and go to Apps in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Use the search bar to find Genstore Market.
  3. Click Install, then Launch app to begin setup.
