For merchants who have activated Genstore Payments, Genstore offers powerful financial management features to help users efficiently monitor and manage their financial activities.

How to access

To access financial functions:

1. Log in to the Genstore admin backend.
2. In the left navigation bar, click Finance.

From the Finance page, you can manage your account balance and payment operations in detail.

Process payments

Payments are essential for processing order transactions through Genstore Payments. The payment processing section covers:

• Setting up payment methods and related account information.
• Viewing and managing transaction statuses to track payments for each order.
• Using the dashboard and payment details to monitor transactions and payment statuses.

Manage balance
