Social media marketing

The social media marketing feature provides an all-in-one solution for content creation, publishing, and management. With this tool, you can easily create and share various types of content, including images and videos, directly to your social media accounts. This feature streamlines social media management, helping businesses optimize content marketing and improve overall marketing performance.

Manage social media accounts

After connecting your social media accounts to Genstore, you can publish content directly from the platform. Follow these steps to set up your accounts:

Important: You can connect one social media account per platform for free.

Connect Facebook

Before you start

Steps to connect

  1. Log in to the Genstore admin panel and navigate to Marketing -> Social media marketing.
  2. On the Social media marketing page, click Create.
  3. Click Connect under Facebook. You can only connect one Facebook account per channel. If an account is already connected, you must disconnect it before adding a new one.
  4. Ensure you meet the connection requirements and follow the prompts to log in to your Facebook account.
  5. Select the Facebook business page you want to connect and click Continue.

Connect Instagram

Steps to connect

  1. Log in to the Genstore admin panel and navigate to Marketing -> Social media marketing.
  2. On the Social media marketing page, click Create.
  3. Click Connect under Instagram. Note: You can only connect one Instagram account per channel. If an account is already connected, you must disconnect it before adding a new one.
  4. Follow the instructions to log in to your Facebook account.
    • Note: You must log in to Facebook before connecting your Instagram account. Ensure the Facebook account is linked to your Instagram business account.
  5. Select the Facebook business page and business account associated with your Instagram.
  6. Select the Instagram business account you want to connect and click Continue.

Connect X (formerly Twitter)

  1. Log in to the Genstore admin panel and navigate to Marketing -> Social media marketing.
  2. On the Social media marketing page, click Create.
  3. Click Connect under X (formerly Twitter). Note: You can only connect one X account per channel. If an account is already connected, you must disconnect it before adding a new one.
  4. Follow the prompts to log in to your X (Twitter) account.
  5. Click Authorize app to complete the connection.

Disconnect social media accounts

  1. Log in to the Genstore admin panel and navigate to Marketing -> Social media marketing.
  2. On the Social media marketing page, click Create.
  3. Select the platform account you want to unlink, and click Disconnect.

TIP

If you disconnect your Facebook account, all linked pages under that account will also be disconnected.
