Reports

Genstore Analytics offers a suite of editable, pre-built reports designed to present your data in various insightful ways.

You can gain a deep understanding of your website and make informed business decisions with Genstore Analytics Reports. You can choose how to view your data and customize reports to focus on the data that interests you. The Reports page can be found under the "Analytics" section of your site's dashboard.

How to access

You can access various reports through the Analytics -> Reports section in your website dashboard. All reports support custom filters, allowing you to view the data relevant to your needs.

Additionally, Reports can be marked as favorite or searched, making it easier for you to quickly find the content you're interested in.

Report categories

Categorize your reports to effortlessly navigate the performance of your business, with new reports continually being introduced.

Based on the Genstore products you integrate, your reports will be organized into categories such as:

  • Sale reports: Analyze sales data to help optimize pricing and sales strategies.
  • Order reports: Track order data, including volume, payment methods, and shipping status.
  • Finances reports: Provide data on revenue, expenses, and profit for financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Customers reports: Analyze customer characteristics and behaviors to better understand their needs and preferences.
  • Acquisition reports: Show how well your website attract new visitors, including traffic sources and channel performance.
  • Behavior reports: Track user actions on your site, such as browsing, clicks, and searches.
  • Marketing reports: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ROI on ads and promotions.
  • Inventory reports: Show a month-end snapshot of your inventory, and help track the quantity and percentage of inventory sold per day.

Primary types of charts

The reports incorporate a variety of chart types to effectively represent your data:

  • Table: Present your data in a structured row and column format.
  • Bar chart: Visually display and compare your data across different categories.
  • Line chart: Track changes in your data over time.
  • Pie chart: Segment your data into proportional parts.
  • Funnel: Represent your data as a step-by-step process.
  • Combo chart and bar chart split: Combine multiple data series within a single report for comprehensive analysis.

Self-service analysis

You can use the filter function in the list details to achieve self-service analysis.

  • The list detail interface features customizable field filtering, allowing users to dynamically filter dimensions and metrics based on their needs.

Export charts & data

The system provides print and export features for easy data reuse.

Click the icon in the upper-right corner of any chart to download images (PNG/SVG) or underlying data (CSV/Excel).
