Email campaign engagement over time

The Email campaign engagement over time report allows you to aggregate results from all email marketing campaigns and observe how specific metrics change over time. Select a time period and choose the metrics you wish to track.

Use this report to

  • Analyze overall email marketing trends Monitor key metrics like open rates and click-through rates across different time periods to assess the effectiveness of your campaigns over time. For example, a spike in open rates during a specific period might be linked to a holiday promotion or a particularly engaging subject line.
  • Identify the impact of content and send timing If you notice unusual changes in the number of clicks or unsubscribes during a specific period, review the content, theme, or timing of the emails sent at that time. These insights can help you optimize future campaign schedules and messaging strategies.
