Billing charges

Your Genstore bill includes different charges based on your store’s location and the services you use. Charges are applied to your primary payment method.

Subscription fees

Your subscription fee depends on your pricing plan and billing cycle. You can view your subscription details on the Billing page. For more information on Genstore’s plans and features, see pricing plans.

Third-party transaction fees

If you process payments through a third-party payment provider, you’ll be charged a third-party transaction fee. This covers Genstore’s integration costs with external payment services. Note: These fees are separate from any charges applied by your payment provider.

You won’t be charged third-party transaction fees or payment processing fees if you use Genstore Payments or manual payment methods (such as cash or cash-on-delivery).

How transaction fees are calculated

Genstore calculates third-party transaction fees using the following formula:

 [(product price - discount) + taxes + shipping fees] x transaction fee rate

Note: The transaction fee rate depends on your pricing plan.

Credit balance

The credit balance is categorized into the following types:

1. Plan credit balance: Applied as a discount on subscription package fees.
2. Transaction credit balance: Applied as a discount on transaction fees.

You can view the balance of your deduction balance on the Billing page.

Note: The credit balance applies only to future bills and cannot be used for current fees. Each category's balance is applied solely to its respective charges and cannot be transferred between categories.
