Find and filter products

In addition to powerful product management tools, Genstore also offers smart sorting and filtering features, helping you quickly find products, services, or data that meet your needs, improving both efficiency and decision-making.

Search for products

You can quickly search for products by entering the product name or keywords.

Steps:

1. Log in to the Genstore merchant admin and go to the Products page.
2. Enter the keywords or product name in the search box.
3. Press Enter, and the search results will display automatically.

Sort the product list

The Genstore product list includes all the products you've created and saved. Once you create a product, it’s automatically added to the list, and you can access or manage it anytime. The product list shows basic information for each product and allows you to sort, filter, or search:

• Creation date: Sort by date (ascending or descending).
• Price: Sort by price (high to low, or low to high).

Steps:

1. Log in to the Genstore merchant admin and go to the Products page.
2. Click the sort button at the top of the product list.
3. Choose a sorting option, and the product list will update automatically.

Filter the product list

You can easily find specific products to edit, view, or update by applying filters. Available filter options include:

• Title: Show products that match the search text.
• Price: Filter by price range (set a maximum and minimum price).
• Inventory: Filter by stock status (in stock, out of stock, or partially out of stock).
• Product vendor: Filter by a specific vendor.
• Tags: Filter by products with specific tags.
• Status: Filter by product status (archived, listed, unlisted, or draft).
• Sales channel: Filter by products in specific sales channels.
• Market: Filter products sold in specific markets.
• Category: Filter by product category, with the option to select multiple categories.
• Collections: Filter by product series.
• Gift cards: Filter for gift card products for your store.
• Metafields: Filter by products with specific meta field values.

Steps:

1. Log in to the Genstore merchant admin and go to the Products page.
2. Click the filter button.
3. Set the filter criteria and values, and the product list will update automatically.

TIP

When you set multiple filter criteria, the system will only display products that match all conditions.
