Physical products

Physical products refer to tangible goods sold by merchants, such as clothing, home goods, and electronics. These products typically require inventory management, shipping, and logistics support.

Publish a physical product

Steps

1. Log in to the Genstore merchant admin, navigate to Products -> Publish product -> Physical product.
2. Type: Keep the default setting, enabling shipping and inventory management.
3. Product name, subtitle, description, and images:
   • Images: Add product images by dragging them into the Media section or clicking to upload. Multiple images are supported, and you can rearrange them.
   • Description: Supports rich text formatting for detailed product descriptions.
4. Product category: Select the appropriate category for the product.
5. Product variants: Supports multiple variants such as color, size, and style, which can be customized as needed.
6. SKU (Stock keeping unit): Assign a unique SKU to each product variant for inventory management.
7. Pricing & inventory: Set the product price and inventory quantity. The system will automatically track stock changes.
8. Shipping information: Enter the product weight and customs details (required for international shipping).

For additional settings, refer to the Publish product page. Once setup is complete, click Save to publish the product.

Manage physical products

Editing a physical product

1. In the Product Management page, locate the product you want to edit and click Edit.
2. Modify the necessary fields, such as product details, inventory, and pricing.
3. Click Save to apply the changes.

Removing a physical product

1. In the Product management page, find the product you want to delete and click Delete.
2. You can also select multiple products for bulk deletion, then confirm the action.
3. Click Confirm, and the product will be removed from the store.
