Pay your bill

Genstore accepts major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You can update your payment method, billing address, and billing cycle in your Genstore admin.

Managing your payment method

You can add or update a payment method in your Genstore admin.

How to update your payment method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing in your Genstore admin.
  2. Click Billing details.
  3. Under Payment method, click Edit next to the payment method you want to update.
  4. Enter your new payment details.
  5. Click Add card.

Updating your billing address

If your credit card’s billing address changes, update it in your Genstore admin.

How to update your billing address

  1. Go to Settings > Billing in your Genstore admin.
  2. Click Billing details.
  3. Under Address and currency, click Manage next to your store’s address.
  4. Enter your new billing address.
  5. Click Save.

Changing your billing cycle

Your billing cycle determines when you’re charged, typically on a fixed day each month.

To adjust your billing cycle, you must be the store owner or have Manage plans permissions. You can extend or shorten your billing cycle, but you cannot choose a specific billing date.

TIP

Subscription fees are non-refundable: Genstore subscription fees are non-refundable. For details, see Genstore Terms of Service Section 5.9.

How to change your billing cycle

  1. Go to Settings > Billing in your Genstore admin.
  2. Under Plan, click Change plan.
  3. On the Choose your plan and billing cycle page, select Monthly billing or Annual billing. If these options are unavailable, your plan does not support billing cycle changes.
  4. Review the fee details and click Confirm change.
