Facebook sales channel

Genstore’s Facebook sales channel helps you promote and sell products by syncing them to Facebook and Instagram shops. With AI-driven ads, you can precisely target audiences, increase conversions, and boost brand visibility.

TIP

The Facebook channel is a built-in system app. It is automatically installed after you complete the initial store setup, and does not require manual installation. You can find it in the Sales channel section of your admin panel.

Key benefits

  • Sync product descriptions and images to Facebook and Instagram.
  • Use Facebook’s social media reach to boost ad performance.
  • Track eCommerce data with Facebook Pixel to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage inventory across multiple sales channels.

Facebook account requirements

The Facebook sales channel is available for all Genstore plans. To use it, you must set up Facebook Business Manager and connect it to your Facebook Page and an ad account with admin access.

If you already have a personal ad account, link it to Business Manager. If you haven’t created an ad account, you can create one in Business Manager to run Facebook ads. For more details, refer to the Business Manager guide and ad account setup guide.
