Get support
Genstore provides support only for apps developed by Genstore. Most apps are developed by third-party developers, and for those, you will need to contact the developers directly. Here’s how you can get support for apps installed from the Genstore app store:
Contact app developers through the Genstore admin dashboard
You can get support for installed apps directly through the Genstore merchant dashboard. For apps developed by Genstore, you'll be directed to the Genstore Help center. For third-party apps, you can contact the developers directly.
Steps:
- Log in to your Genstore admin dashboard and go to the Apps page.
- Next to the app you need support for, click ... -> Get support.
- If the app is developed by a third party, you will see the developer’s contact details. Reach out to them directly with your question.
Contact app developers through the Genstore app store
In the Genstore app store, you can find support information for the app developers. Some developers may offer support portals, documentation, or specific contact methods.
Steps:
- Log in to the Genstore app store and search for the app you need support for.
- Click on the app name to open its details page.
- In the Developer section, check the available support options, such as a support portal, email address, or other contact methods.
- Use the provided contact details to send your question.
