Billing overview
You can find a summary of your bills on the Billing page in your Genstore admin. Click the latest bill to view details or download it.
Billing currency
All bills are displayed in USD.
Charges on your bill
Your bill may include different charges. The most common ones are:
- Subscription fees: The cost of your Genstore plan. If you upgrade or downgrade during the billing cycle, charges will be prorated.
- Transaction fees: Fees for transactions on your bill. If you don’t use Genstore Payments, a transaction fee applies.
At the bottom of your bill, you'll see the subtotal, any taxes, and the total amount due.
Export your bill
You can download your bill as a CSV or PDF file for record-keeping and detailed expense tracking. PDF exports include:
- A summary of charges
- A detailed breakdown of all fees
The summary gives an overview of your total charges, including subscriptions, app fees, other costs, and taxes. It also includes key details like the billing period, store name, payment method, and charge types.
How to export your bill
- Go to Settings -> Billing in your Genstore admin.
- Under Past bills, select the bill you want to view.
- Open the bill details page and click Export bill.
- Choose CSV or PDF.
- Click Export bill.
Billing cycle
Your billing cycle starts on your subscription date and renews monthly. Bill generation times follow the UTC time zone based on your initial subscription settings.
Minimum billing threshold
Besides your monthly subscription fee, Genstore may issue a bill when your account's usage fees (like third-party transaction fees) exceed a certain threshold.
The minimum billing threshold does not include your subscription fee, but the subscription fee counts toward your total expenses. A bill is only generated when additional fees exceed the threshold.
You can find your store’s minimum billing threshold in the Current billing cycle section of your Genstore admin. If no extra charges apply, this threshold won’t appear.
This version improves readability by using a natural flow, simplifying complex explanations, and making it more user-friendly.
